myEvergreen MedSpa was founded by a group of Houston-area plastic surgeons who wanted the med spa side of aesthetic medicine to work the way the surgical side works: with the physician deciding what the practice carries, which providers deliver it, and what the standards are.
The standard
What physician-owned means in practice
Every treatment device and every product carried is chosen by Dr. Rednam and Dr. Harirchian rather than by a purchasing manager. Devices we tested and did not carry are on other practices' floors. Products we tested and did not carry are on other injectors' trays.
The standard
Providers trained to a plan
Every provider is trained on protocols set by the surgical directors and treats to those protocols. A nurse injector here is not free to invent a filler plan; she is trained to the practice's plan and treats within it. That is protective for patients.
Leadership
The two surgeons behind the standard
Dr. Rukmini Rednam curates the injectable, surgical, and body contouring sides. Every injectable placed here runs against a plan she has vetted. Dr. Sanaz Harirchian curates the facial side and the laser platforms, matched to facial anatomy and skin types.
Leadership
The physician who runs wellness
Dr. Kyle Hoedebecke is the medical director for wellness and a Certified Physician Executive. His background is in family medicine with a subsequent focus on functional and preventive care. Every prescription, dose adjustment, and protocol modification runs through him.
The next step
Consultation is where any plan starts
Every treatment path here begins with a consultation. The consultation is where we look at what you are trying to change, what the physician-approved options are, what the sequencing and timing should be, and what the investment looks like. It is not a sales conversation.
