Non-surgical BBL is a Sculptra-based approach to buttock shaping. Rather than transferring fat from another area or placing an implant, it uses a series of poly-L-lactic acid injections that trigger collagen production in the treated area over the following months.

How the series runs
Two to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. Each session places a measured dose across the buttock in a pattern set by the treating provider on a plan reviewed by the surgical directors. Full result appears over four to six months as collagen matures.

The gap it fills
For patients who want more projection than training alone can build but do not want surgery, its cost, downtime, or risk profile. It is not for significant volume increases, but for modest shape and definition it produces natural-looking results without operating room time.
