Dr. Hoedebecke directs every treatment on the wellness side of myEvergreen. Every hormone pellet, every peptide prescription, every GLP-1 titration, every NAD+ protocol has his sign-off after a lab review and a clinical evaluation.
Most med spas offer wellness services under nursing supervision or under a rotating medical director's paper oversight. At myEvergreen, if you are on the wellness side, you are the physician's patient, not a customer of a menu.

The starting point
The starting point for anything wellness-related is a full lab panel and a conversation. If a physician-directed program is not the right answer, that becomes clear at the first visit and you have not committed to a treatment that does not fit you.

What manual lymphatic drainage is
MLD is a specific massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, the network of vessels and nodes that clears interstitial fluid and metabolic byproducts from tissue. Unlike deep-tissue or Swedish massage, it uses very light, rhythmic strokes matched to lymph flow.

Why it matters after a procedure
After CoolSculpting, non-surgical BBL, Sculptra, dermal filler, or any treatment involving tissue trauma or byproduct clearance, MLD reduces swelling faster, moves treated tissue through the lymphatic system, and shortens the time between procedure and settled result.

Scheduling and standalone
Marsha Cavazos is certified in MLD. Post-procedure schedules are built with each patient after the treating provider clears them, typically starting three to seven days after the procedure. Standalone therapeutic massage is also available independently.

The session
Session length is thirty to ninety minutes depending on the type of session. Manual lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic strokes; therapeutic massage uses deeper pressure matched to the patient's request.

What it feels like
Sensation is comfortable throughout. MLD in particular feels lighter than most patients expect, because the lymphatic system responds to gentle pressure applied in the direction of lymph flow.

Scheduling
Post-procedure MLD schedules are built with each patient based on which treatment they are recovering from and when the treating provider clears them for massage. Standalone therapeutic massage can be scheduled at your preferred cadence.
