Dermal filler at myEvergreen is hyaluronic acid based. Hyaluronic acid is a molecule the body already produces to hold water in skin and connective tissue, and the gel formulations used as filler are cross-linked HA that stays in the tissue longer than the body's own does.

Density matched to depth
Denser, more cross-linked gels sit on periosteum to project cheek or jaw. Medium-density gels fill mid-depth folds. Softer gels sit superficially for lip body and fine perioral lines. Which product goes where is the difference between a natural result and an obvious one.

Duration and reversibility
Results appear immediately, with a settling window over two weeks. Duration runs nine to twelve months for lips, twelve to eighteen for cheek and jaw, up to two years for deeper placements. Hyaluronidase can dissolve HA filler at any point if you want to reverse.

The appointment itself
Session length is thirty to sixty minutes depending on the number of areas treated. Sensation is a pinch per entry point. Most fillers include lidocaine, so the sensation reduces significantly after the first pass in each area. Topical numbing is available on request.

Downtime and aftercare
One to seven days of variable swelling and possible bruising at the injection sites. Most patients look presentable the same day. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and blood thinners for twenty-four to forty-eight hours after treatment to reduce bruising risk.

Settling and follow-up
Results are visible immediately, with a settling window over the first two weeks as swelling resolves and the product integrates. Follow-up at two to four weeks lets us assess and add if the plan calls for it.
